Craig Hinchliffe
Chief Executive Officer Joined ACI in January 2018 and part of the senior management team that formed Perch Group. Chartered Accountant with 15 years PQE and 13 years of debt purchase and collection experience including 8 years with Arrow Global PLC. Craig was appointed as the CEO in June 21. Craig is FCA authorised as an SMF for ACI and is a non-executive board member of the CSA (the trade association for debt collection and the debt purchase industry).Gary Edwards
Chief Information Officer Joined Perch in October 2020 and brings a wealth of experience spanning 30 years in financial services, most notably 8 years with Lowell Financial as Group CIO, one of Europe’s largest debt purchase and collection firms. Gary is FCA authorised as an SMF for ACI.Andrew Bartle
Portfolio Director Joined Perch in January 2021. Andrew is the co-Founder of Lowell Financial, with over 20 years of debt purchase and collections experience. Andrew is FCA registered as a Director of ACI who is not a certification employee or a SMF manager whilst his SMF application is in progress.Simon Unsworth
Chief Customer & Risk Officer Joined ACI in January 2018 and part of the senior management team that formed Perch Group. Simon has over 15 years of risk and compliance experience within the financial services and debt purchase, collections, and debt management sectors; incl. 7 years with MBNA bank and over 2 years with Arrow Global PLC. Simon is FCA authorised as an SMF for ACI and he is the DPO.Max Houghton
Chief Operating Officer Joined Perch in March 2020 having spent 15 years at Restons Solicitors– most latterly as Operations Director where he oversaw significant growth. Max brings a wealth of experience and expertise in unsecured and secured collections, bulk debt recovery litigation and CCA regulated debt claims. Max is FCA authorised as an SMF for ACI.Mark Pickup
Chief Financial Officer Joined Perch in October 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Mark has over 9 years post qualified experience as a Chartered Management Accountant holding senior finance positions across multiple sectors including a fast growth financial services business and public corporations. Mark is FCA authorised and COFA for TM Legal.
